A typographical exploration of Tracksuit by John Cooper Clarke – a powerful poem offering a playful and satirical commentary of the social environment in 1970’s Manchester.
Through type-play and experimentation, my aim was to capture the bubbly spirit and can-do attitude associated with the working class that resonates throughout the poem.
