Whilst at DRUM Agency, Coral approached us asking for direction with integrating motion into their social presence. We were already working on finalising their Social Guidelines Playbook, and this was an exciting expansion of the project, to help bring the content to life.
I developed the Motion Design Principles addition to the Playbook – a set of motion design guidelines outlining how best to approach Coral content and brand elements, then apply them to a set motion style. During development I focused on speed, emphasis, sequence, text, infographic, intro/endplates etc. and how we could inject ‘Coral Character’ into it.
A package of examples of best practise reflecting the set guidelines, and customisable templates were also supplied to the client.
